ACCOMMODATION
During your registration, you will be able to book a room at a preferred rate.
The price for a Deluxe room based on single use is 229,00 EUR Incl VAT & Breakfast, excluding 4,40 EUR city tax per person per night.

PARKING
Guests arriving by car must follow the direction “Drabstraat 37” in GPS.
Our underground garage is accessible for hotel guests but only upon availability (€40,00 euro per day, € 7,00 euro per hour).
There is also a public car park “Sint Michiels” and “Ramen” within walking distance.

Early Bird fee until 31 December 2026

  • Physician: 400,00 EUR

  • Residents, Fellows, & Students: 150,00 EUR

Normal fee between 01 January and 30 April 2027

  • Physician: 500,00 EUR

  • Residents, Fellows, & Students: 200,00 EUR

Late fee as of 01 May 2027

  • Physician: 550,00 EUR

  • Residents, Fellows, & Students: 220,00 EUR
